Shipping & Returns
When will my kit arrive?
We ship your kit same day! If you're in metro AUS you can expect your chunky cha-cha within 2-3 days.
If you're in USA it can take about 3-5 days!
Can I return my kit?
We know it's HIGHLY unlilkely that you won't immediately love the lumps outta your chunky. But if you ordered it when you were drunk then you're absolutely allowed to return her back to us unused and in her OG packaging within 30 days for a full refund.
But, what if I suck?
If you don't suck the first time you try this plz get in touch for a full-time job, k?
But SRS, the best dang thing about Chunky Thread is that you can unravel it and begin again, and again, and again.

How much length is the yarn?
These are BIG BOIS. Our smallest kit comes with 20m of Yarn (the o-cushion).
Then the kits go up in 20m yarn balls from here.
Can you connect more yarn together?
Yurp! For bigger projects such as pet beds, you'l need to join two Chunky Thread balls together.
Just a regular knot tho! Nothing fancy pancy.
Is this safe to machine wash?
YESSSS! You can stick her in the washing machine all day erry day.
Note that it does take a lil' bit for it to dry though - and we don't recommend the dryer!
